For AFAMSA, quality management is a key element, which is why a control system has been implemented in accordance with international standards.

Our concern for quality and food safety is seen in a commitment to continuous improvement to offer the best possible service to the customer, guaranteeing good practices in the manufacturing process and respecting the safety, hygiene, analysis and traceability parameters of our products.

It is because of this commitment to quality that we have the main international certifications: ISO 9001, GMP+ and GMP Galis.

On another hand, due to the involvement with sustainability and the environment, at AFAMSA we make an important commitment to renewable energies, which is why the installation of a system of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption has been carried out. The facilities also have gas boilers, gas washing towers and a thermodestroyer for grease from oxidation.

Due to this constant commitment to sustainable development, our plant has the Integrated Environmental Authorization.

In addition, our fish oils are registered in the REACH database, regulations relating to the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemical substances and preparations.
